Native American medicine wheel

Last night was Awesome we went to a native American ceremony and it was so moving.. Yesterday was international peace day so we meditated at lotus in the afternoon and went to the ceremony at night their was singing and dancing.. It was like i said awesome.. Today we are having a juice fast which is hard in the morning but fine as the day goes along.. I have the day off and am going to the river this afternoon..
